No. The free plan runs the actual NLE — full timeline, review links, transcription, moment search, stock import. Limits are on team size (2 members) and render quality (draft), not on capability.

Transcription with word-level timestamps, semantic moment search, one-click AI tagging and descriptions, long→shorts highlight suggestions, silence and filler removal, karaoke captions with per-word highlight, and the AI Studio chat-style edit assistant. Anything event-driven beyond that — rules, webhooks, metering — is available via API today and rolls into the UI over time.

Four dimensions are recorded per tenant: storage, render minutes, transcript minutes, and API calls. Plan limits are real: admins set per-user storage quotas and ingest enforces them before a single byte lands. Underneath that, ingest stays disk-guarded — uploads answer 507 once free space drops under the floor (2 GB default), so a full disk can never corrupt a library. Backups run nightly at 03:00 UTC with 7-day retention, and an alerter watches disk and service health around the clock.
